The Amazon team you don't have to hire.

Opsacta is an automations and operator service for Amazon brands doing $3–10M a year. Your data tools tell you what's happening. Opsacta is built to do something about it: the same decisions, made every day instead of every quarter, with a record of each one.

What Opsacta is built to do first

The price floor your repricer should be told

Most repricers ask you to type a minimum price once, at setup. Opsacta is built to compute it per SKU from landed cost, Amazon's fees, ad cost per unit, returns and storage, and to recompute it whenever one of those moves. It is not a repricer. It tells your repricer what to do.

Sourcing cost, kept current

When a seller hasn't supplied a sourcing cost, Amazon reimburses lost or damaged FBA inventory at its own estimate. Opsacta is built to prepare your Manage Your Sourcing Cost upload, flag each new inbound that needs an update, and check reimbursements against your landed cost.

Ad spend on products that can't sell

Ads can keep running on ASINs that are out of stock or suppressed. Opsacta is built to line up daily stock and listing status against daily ad spend per ASIN, so you see the spend that had nothing to sell.

An independent agency scorecard

A monthly scored review of what your agency or ad tool did, built from your own Amazon Ads reports. Opsacta reads the account but doesn't run it, so it has no reason to grade itself kindly.

Each month is designed to end with a completion ledger: what was checked, what was found, and what was done about it.

How Opsacta works

Where we are

We're onboarding our first brands. If you're one of them, you'd be among our first clients, and we price accordingly.

Opsacta is built for third-party sellers in the US and Canada doing $3–10M a year on Amazon. If that's you, an intro call is the place to start.
